Blend cold cream until stiff peaks form

Add condensed milk and blend well. The quantity of condensed milk depends on the sweetness of mangoes

Add Mango puree and blend well

You can fold in chopped mangoes to ice-cream if desired. This is optional

Add the mango ice-cream to cold container and chill for 7 hours or overnight

Serve delicious ice-cream cold
