Steps

Make batter taking all stuff of dhirada except ghee, add half glass of water and make free flowing batter
- 2
Chopped all veggies and keep side

In pan take Ghee and give tadka with all 3 seeds, add garlic and cook till brown
- 4
Add onion and chilli then coriander powder and oregano and cook for 2 mins
- 5
Add all veggies and grated ginger and mix well
- 6
Add peanut powder and salt, mix well and cover it with lid to sauté all veggies
- 7
Now apply little ghee on stick tawa, add spoon of batter like dosa, cook from both side then add stuffing and fold it

Serve hot dhirada with curd and sauce
