Wash and boil the meat adding thyme,curry,Salt,onion and dry pepper.blend the fresh tomatoes and ata rodo with ginger and garlic.boil untill the water reduces.

Heat up g/oil and fry the paste add onion,salt and pour in the boiled meat stir and boil for more minutes.

Wash and slice the scent leaves pour in and turn very well.
