Steps

Take one small vessel put water and boil the water, add rice after draining the water

Take kadhai put ghee, add onion and saute till golden brown, add all whole spices

Fry potatoes and paneer till golden brown
- 4
Add all vegetables and turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well cover for sometime
- 5
In between check the rice if it's cooked drain the water
- 6
Add the rice in the kadhai and mix well put lemon juice and dryfryuits mix again
- 7
Garnish with tomato slices and mosambi and serve it with curd and chutney
