Spinach with Chickpeas

Clean the spinach, cover with water, and boil for 10 minutes.

Fry the garlic and bread slices. Add some of the leftover spinach cooking water (don’t use it all) and blend until smooth.

To the fried bread and garlic mixture, add the cumin, paprika, 1 tablespoon of the oil used for frying the bread, and the boiled spinach.

Add the cooked chickpeas and salt. Cook for 10 minutes and serve.
