Ingredients

  • 1 cupbasmati rice
  • 1 cupgreen peas
  • 1black cardamom
  • 2cloves
  • 1dalchini stick / cinnamon
  • 1 tspgaram masala / whol spice epowder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 spoonOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Hot oil in cooker add clove,cardamom,dalchini stick and saute it.

  2. 2

    Add peas,rice,salt and garam masala powder and as required water cover the lid.

  3. 3

    Take 1 whistles,open the lid add 1 spoon ghee and serve hot
