Steps

Make a batter with beaten egg along with vinegar 2 tbsp cornflower, ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp of all the sauces.

Marinate the chicken on that batter for 20 mins.

After 20 mins heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pcs. Put fried chicken aside.

Add chopped garlic and half of chopped chilli on the oil. Fry for few seconds now add chopped onion and chopped capsicum and cook for 5-7 mins in high flame.

Add rest of all sauces,salt and sugar mix well. Cook for 5 mins.

Now add fried chicken and mix well.stir for 7-8 mins in medium to high flame.

Add one cup of water and mix well.cook for 5 mins.

Mix 2 tbl spoon cornflower in half cup water. Add the mixture and stir for 5 mins.Lastly add black pepper powder and rest of the chopped green chilli.
