Take a utensil and now put milk in it and let it gets boiled.

When the mixture gets a thin rabdi consistency then add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron in it.

Cook the mixture for 5 mins on a low flame and then off the gas and when the mixture gets cool add mango pulp in the rabdi.

Keep the ice cream in the freezer for 2 hrs and after 2 hrs take out the ice cream and again mix it well.

Keep it in the freezer for overnight and then scoop it out.

Your mango rabdi ice-cream is ready to serve.
