Grill or shallow fry your smokies.

Assemble the rest of your vegetables.

Clean them well then dice them accordingly. The way you chop or cut your sausage should be the same way you dice your vegs. I did juliennes.

Also to smokies... Cut them into 4 or 6 pcs each.

In a frying pan, add some cooking oil n heat abit.

Add your smokies n let them brown for about 5 mins.

Add onions, garlic n ginger n toss them well.

Add some salt, a pinch of black pepper, toss nicely then add some tomato ketchup. Mix well but gently to avoid breaking yoyr smokies.

Simmer for 3-5 mins, then add your assorted bell peppers.

Mix nicely n let them heat for about 2-3 mins.

After 3 mins, put off the heat n add your chopped dhania.

Mix gently. Make some side kachumbari then serve while hot. Bon appetite.
