I make this for my mom when we eat together, just the two of us

Cook chicken and rice in separate pans

Chop up broccoli while rice and chicken are cooking, and butter and garlic once chicken is cooked then add broccoli

Mix together with a fork the chicken stock and sour cream
- 4
Once rice is cooked add to the mixture and pour in sour cream/ chicken stock mixture, cooked till reduced
- 5
Cook in a cassarole pan at 425 for 25-30 minutes with cheese on top
