1medium sweet potatoe
1/4of a white onion chopped
3 tblsGrated Cheese
1 tspButter
1 tblsSugar

Add the potatoe pricked with a fork all around, to the microwave 3 minutes on one side then turn it around and 3 minutes full power for another 3 minutes

Add the butter to a small pan then add the sugar and then the chopped onions.let them bubble boiling and stir occasionally

Cooked. You can drain them off on kitchen paper if you want. Add them in the potato and push down inside carefully. Next add the cheese.add back in the microwave for 2 minutes.

After microwave all done. Be careful because the onions underneath stay hot longer because of the sugar.

I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
