Nachni ghavan
Steps

Wash rice 2 to 3 times and soak for 3 hours
After 3 hours grind the rice into fine paste
Take out in one big bowl now add nachni flour and salt in to the grounded rice add 3 cups of water if required we can add more water in to the batter..
Consistency of the batter should not be very thick but it should be medium not so thin.. - 2
Now heat a pan on high flame (if required grease pan with oil) and mix the batter again and pour it with help of big ladle.Not to touch ladle to the ghavan,it will spread automatically because of medium consistency batter (just like rawa dosa) put the gas on medium flame now cover the pan with the lid for a minute and open the lid turn up the ghavan for few seconds and again flip it..
Now your gavan is ready. - 3
Coconut chutney
Method
Take freshly grated coconut in a mixie jar add 3 green chilli 1 t spoon cumin seeds bunch of coriander cleaned and roughly chopped, curry leaves 5 to 6, curd and salt.. grind it till becomes fine paste add water as per requirements..
Take out chutney in a bowl..
Serve this dish either in the morning breakfast or it can be used for evening snacks..This is very healthy iron rich recipe
