Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 200 gmsPaneer
  2. 3onions medium size chopped
  3. 1 cuptomato puree
  4. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  5. FewChopped coriander leaves
  6. 2 tablespoongrated paneer
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1 tspcardamom
  9. 3 stickscinnamom
  10. 1 tsphaldi powder
  11. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  12. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  13. 1 tspghee
  14. 2 tspoil
  15. to tasteSalt and sugar according

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat some oil in non stick pan and add daalchini, elaichi and jeera let it crackle. Now add chopped onion and saute till they are golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste. Saute nicely.

    Now add one cup of tomato puree. Mix well.put haldi powder kasmiri mirch garam masala salt to taste and sugar to balance the taste. Mix well. Let it cook for 2 min.Then add grated paneer mix well.

    Put little bit of water if it gets too thick. Mix gently. Now add paneer pieces. Now let it cook for 5 mins. Add chopped coriander leaves and 1 tsp of ghee. And serve.
