Heat the milk with the cinnamon stick, vanilla bean, and sugar in a saucepan until it comes to a boil. Let it cool, then beat all the ingredients together to make the mixture. Next, pour it into a pot and cook over high heat, stirring constantly until it thickens (if it doesn't thicken, add a little more flour). Taste and add more sugar if needed.

Pour the mixture into a square or rectangular dish, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest at room temperature until it cools. Then refrigerate for a few hours.

After 24 hours, cut the mixture into small squares. Dredge each piece in egg and flour, then fry in plenty of hot oil. Place on a plate lined with paper towels, then coat with sugar and cinnamon.
