Ingredients

  1. 18 pcFresh Lychee
  2. 1/3 cupFresh Pineapple (cut)
  3. 1 tspLemon Juice
  4. 1 canSweet Condensed Milk (14oz, 397g)
  5. 1 canCoconut Milk (13.5 fl oz, 400ml)

Cooking Instructions

    Put peeled lychees and pineapple into the blender and make purée and add lemon juice.

    Add lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Add sweet condensed milk and coconut milk and blend it well.

  4. 4

    Pour it into container. And put it in the fridge in least 8 hours.

  5. 5

    Mix it least two times with fork every 2 hours.

  6. 6

    Scoop the ice cream with spoon. Enjoy!

In the city of Kobe, Japan where I grew up, there are a lot of good bakery shops, but after I moved here to Florida in 1997, I missed the tasty breads and Japanese foods so much!
