1 sliceOscar Mayer bologna
1 packjiffy corn bread mix
2 piecesbread

Mix jiffy cornbread mix in a bowl using just a tad bit more milk to thin out just a bit

Dry off bologna and dip in cornbread mix.

Fry in a pan of canola oil til golden brown.

Mayo and mustard the bread and cut in half.
