Soak chana dal for 3 hrs.drain excess water and grind the dal coarsely adding chilli and ginger and curry leaves

Add red chilli powder, heeng,chopped coriander and chopped onions and corn flour,mix nicely so that it binds well with light hands.

Now add salt and just before starting to make and fry bada,giving desired shape with your hands or with help of bottle lid.

Take them out half fried.Press them flat gently and again do second fry till crispy.your crispy badas are ready to serve.
