Steps

Take milk in a heavy bottom pan and boil it now add milk powder and custard powder in it. And mix it for 2-3 min without any lumps.

Now add gelatin in it and mix it for 2 mins.

Add sugar and mix it well. Turn off the flame.

Now take ghee and grease the mould... Pour the batter.

Put it in the freezer for 2 hours.

Take the bread and cut their sides.

Take the mould outside and cut it into square shape... (Measure the bread size).

Take one bread slice then put the custard slice on it and put another bread slice on it.

Custard sandwich is ready.
