We eat burgers in restaurants and public points....
Sometimes we can't go outside but we want to eat something like that so I tried these chicken buns for the 1st time and can't tell u howwww delicious they areeeeee😋

Take a bowl and add 2 cup all purpose flour, 2 table spoon yeast, 2 spoon sugar, 2 spoon oil, salt and one egg. Knead the dough with warm milk. Marinate the dough for 2 hours or until resized in double

Now make round shape pera and merinate for 10 mint

Take a pan and add 2 spoon oil in it and add onion

Then add chicken qeema in it untill it changes it's colour.

Now add salt,black pepper, red chilli, soya sauce, tomato katchup in it. Cool it and add cheeses in it...

Now take that marinated pera and make round shape bread in bun size

Keep chicken qeema on it and make buns

Apply egg yolk on the buns and sprinkle seeds on it. Keep it on a oil greeced plate with paper

Preheat the cooker/pateela or oven and keep them in it. Bake for 15 mints

Yummy and delicious chicken buns are ready to eat
