Mix the flour with the salt & ghee & some water.

Knead the dough. Add some water & knead to a smooth & soft dough.

Mix the onion,green chillies, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder & mix them together & keep aside.

Make medium sized balls from the dough.

Take a ball & roll into chalate & add the chopped onions mixer in the Centers.

Bring together all the edges on the dough.
- 7
Join them in the Centers & press them downwards.

Sprinkle some more flour & roll into parantha.
- 9
Fry the onion parantha on a hot tava.
- 10
Serve onion parantha hot with butter.
