Make puree of mango

Heat milk and add agar agar powder

Stir continiously

Add sugar

When it become thick turn off gas

Take whipped cream and add 1/2 mango puree

Whisk and then add milk mix

Add this mix in a bowl and keep in freeze to set for 1 an hour

Take remaining puree and add water in it

Whisk and pour it upon pudding

Garnish with mango pieces and grapes

Serve cold
