Ingredients

  • Rice 1/2 kg soaked
  • 1/2 cupGhee
  • 1/2 kgSugar
  • 250 gmKhoya
  • 6Green cardamoms
  • Almond as requisd
  • Pistachio as required
  • Pethay ki methai 125 gm (chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice till full done.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a pan, add cardamom, half cup of water and sugar.cook stirring till sugar melts.

  3. 3

    Add khoya,cook till khoya dissolve and slightly brownish.

  4. 4

    Add boiled rice and keep stirring.

  5. 5

    Add pethay ki mithai,almond and pistachio, mix.

  6. 6

    Leave to cook on steam till done.
