Steps

Heat ghee in a pan and roast whole night soaked millet for 5 minutes add raisins,Cashew & Almond cook for a while and add water & cook till millet softens

Add jaggery & coconut cook till it thickens add poppy seeds and little ghee and turn off gas and lastly add elaichi powder and mix well

Fill ready lapsi in a bowl & unmould in a serving plate and garnish with almond & cashew nuts.very tasty & Very Healthy.
