Do you like fresh soft buns? Well, here's my Fav recipe. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do.
Steps

Pour Warm Water into a mixing bowl.

Add the yeast and 1 tbspn of sugar to the liquid in the bowl.

Allow to rest for 10 mins. It should bubble up a lot.

Break 1 egg into mixture in bowl. Add Sugar n Salt.

Add milk to the bowl. Then add the flour and mix using spatula. No kneading is required.

Leave the dough in a warm place. Let it rest for an hour or till it doubles in size.

Remove dough from bowl. Knead it adding some flour until it stops being sticky.

Divide into 16 equal parts and make into balls. Set on baking tray n cover for 20mins.

Preheat oven to 175°C. Make an egg wash n apply on top of buns. Bake the buns for 30 mins. Or until done. -light golden brown top.

Once ready, remove from oven n apply butter/margarine on top n let it cool on a wire rack.
