Ingredients

  • 4potatoes peeled and cut
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 spoonjeera
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 spoonturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a wok add oil and heat it now add jeera fry it add turmeric powder and potato add salt and red chilli powder

  2. 2

    Now cover it cook it on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes now off the flame jeera aalu is ready to serve

  3. 3

    Serve it with chapati
