Ingredients

  • 21/2 cupicing sugar
  • 1/2 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
  • I/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cupboiling water

Steps

    Mix the dry ingredients, icing sugar and cocoa powder

  2. 2

    Add the butter and boiling water

  3. 3

    Mix very well

  4. 4

    Add melted chocolate (optional)

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for an hour and it's ready for use
