Oha soup is my best soup but I always run away from it preparation because of pounding of cocoyam(don't come and call me a lazy girl o,am a jet generation 😂 ) I learnt about using blender, that one is good but..... Till I learnt this method I can cook my oha soup anytime anyway.

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your cocoyam and allow for water to stop dripping

  2. 2

    When it's almost dried, start peeling and slice them in plantain chops round, like the ones on the pic 👇

    After slicing,spread it Out to dry very very well, indeed

  4. 4

    When it's dry take it to the mill and boom your thickener is trash.
