Cut the mutton into small pieces and put in a cooking pot. Add garlic, ginger, little salt, a pinch of black pepper, a small portion of onion finely chopped and 1cup of water. Bring the pot to boil for 30minutes on low heat

The water will have dried off. If there is still a lot of broth, you can pour it in a clean plate then you can add later. When the broth is dried out, add cooking oil and the half portion of the remaining onion In the cooking pot. Fry the onion until they become soft.

Add the 2 tomatoes finely chopped, cook until it disappears. Add the removed broth if there is any. Stir for 5 minutes. Add finely chopped capsicum. Stir for 2minutes then put off the fire.

When the cooking pot is off fire, add the finely chopped coriander. Serve it hot with greens and ugali.
