Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cuproasted vermicelli
  2. 1tomato finely chopped
  3. 1potato chopped
  4. 1carrot chopped
  5. 1/2 cuppeas
  6. As neededcoriander leaves
  7. 1 table spoonghee
  8. 1 pinchhing / asafoetida
  9. 1 tea spoonjeera / cumin
  10. 1 tea spoonsalt
  11. 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  12. 1 tea spoonchaat masala

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee for 1 minute in microwave.

  2. 2

    Add hing, jeera and microwave for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Now add all vegetables except tomato and all spices.

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 cup of water and microwave for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add roasted vermicelli and 1 cup water.

  6. 6

    Microwave for 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    In last add chaat masala and chopped tomato.

  8. 8

    Vermicelli pulav is ready. Serve hot by garnishing with green coriander.
