Add hing, jeera and microwave for 1 minute.

Now add all vegetables except tomato and all spices.

Add 1/2 cup of water and microwave for 5 minutes.

Add roasted vermicelli and 1 cup water.

Microwave for 10 minutes.

In last add chaat masala and chopped tomato.

Vermicelli pulav is ready. Serve hot by garnishing with green coriander.
