Clean and cut the chicken. Prepare all other Ingredients.

In a sufuria, place the chicken and let it cook with the initial water.

Add in the cut up vegetables and let it continue cooking. You can add more water at this level so the chicken cooks well.

Stir occasionally as you check on whether it's cooked. Add a dash of oil and salt the chicken. Let it simmer till well cooked.

For the spinach, add in a pan and sprinkle some oil and salt. Let it cook for about 5 mins. Set aside.

Serve with Ugali an enjoy
