Soak pulse in water for 2 hours and strain in a strainer

Grind into a smooth paste and takeout in a bowl

Mix salt,1 spoon chilli powder,wheat flour and mix well wit

Mix salt,mustard powder and remaining chilli powder in a bowl of water

Deep fry in hot oil

Put all vadas in prepared spicy water and keep aside for 1 day
- 7
2nd day take out kanji vada on serving plate and sprinkle chat masala,red chilli powder and serve.
