Ingredients

  • 2 cupflour
  • 1tblspn yeast
  • 4tblspn sugar
  • 4tlblspn of butter
  • 3tblspn of milk
  • 1tblspn ginger
  • 1egg
  • Sesame seed
  • 1/2Warm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the yeast, 1 tblspn of sugar pinch of salt in warm water for 15minutes

  2. 2

    Add dry ingredients add egg and the yeast mixture form a soft dough kneed for 10 mins with butter

    Roll the dough in balls place in a warm place to double in size for 1 hr egg wash the dough and sprinkles some sesame seed

    Pre heat the oven and bake in a low heat for 20minutes
