Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsuji
  2. 1 cupmango pulp (thick)
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 2 tsp baking powder
  5. 1/4 cupoil (flavour less)
  6. 10Chopped almonds to garnish
  7. as neededOil to grease the container

Steps

  1. 1

    Add suji, baking powder and sugar and mix nicely

  2. 2

    Add oil to it and mix and then add mango pulp and mix nicely add some dry fruits and mix.If the mixture is watery let it rest fr 20 min

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven at 180 degree and pour the mixture in greased baking container.tap it and keep in oven check it after 25 min.Keep fr 5 more min.If the tooth pic comes out clean ur cake is ready.Garnish and decorate with chopped almonds.cake is ready to serve..tastes wow
