Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cupall purpose flour or wheat flour
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1/2 tspwhole coriander seed
  • 2 tspgreen chilli chopped
  • as requiredGhee or oil for frying
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1tomato paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes and mash.Heat oil in a pan add asafoetida and coriander, add potatoes and masala fry for a while.In a bowl mix maida or all purpose flour, 2 tsp oil or ghee.Make dough by adding little water.Mix fried potato masala

    Make paratha with the dough.Fry with 1/2 tsp in oil ghee.It is ready to serve with green chutney and mix veg curry
