Steps

Fry shallots, fenugreek and jeera in 1/4 t spoon oil for few seconds.

Along with coconut add the above fried items and grind to a smooth paste.

Keep a pot in high flame and add oil and curry leaves

Add half big onion cut into small pieces

Add one big tomato and saute well.add salt

Add chilli powder

Add kolambhu powder

Add tamarind water

Add the grinded paste,add water and let it cook nicely for 15 minutes.

Now keep in low flame and added the cleaned fish pieces.

After ten minutes switch off the stove and close it with a lid for few minutes.then serve..
