Steps

Take 3 bowl of basmati rice... Soak it for 30 mins.

Boil it with adding 2 tsp oil and 1 tsp salt for 15 mins. Then drain it.

Chopped 3 onions, make 3 tomatoes paste, 1 lemon's juice, finely crushed slice of ginger, 6-7 garlic and 4 green chilli.

Take 8 eggs mix it well with the help of fork.

Take all spices like haldi, lal mirch powder, jeera powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder, salt, meat masala

Take kadhai pour 3 tsp oil add ginger garlic green chilli paste... Now add chopped onion saute it then add tomato paste now add all spices.... Cook it well till the oil released.... Now add eggs mix it well....

Cook it till oil release...

Now spread layer by layer of rice and egg bhurji... Mix it well...

Egg biryani is ready.....
