Cut gourd into small pieces.Add oil to a pan. Add Panchforon and red chillies. After 30 seconds add gourd. Add salt. Cook using lid and stirring occasionally until gourd will be soft and water will evaporate. Add mustard paste. Cook for 5 minutes in low and medium flame.

Add sugar and milk. After 2 minutes add green chillies. Cook until the gravy will be thick. Keep in the pan for 5 minutes. Now serve with rice or roti.
