Boiled soaked Sela rice with salt and tez patta

Heat oil add sliced onion fry until golden brown in colour and set aside.

Heat oil fry onion chopped add whole spices and fry them, now add meat, tomatoes and cook well.

When tomato softened add spices and cook masala, now add water to tender meat.

When meat tender add potato to tender.

Add dried plums and yougurt, fried onion and bhunify the masala.

Masala is ready.

Now in a pot add oil 3tbsp, layer rice and add meat gravy add Coriander, mint leaves, green chili, again later rice.

Add kewra water and orange colour. Put your rice on dum.

Yummy biryani is ready
