In a bowl take idlis and mash them nicely.Keep aside mashed idlis for later use.

Heat a pan on medium heat and add oil.

Lower the flame add chilli powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder into the hot oil.

Fry spices for few seconds, add the boiled green peas,chopped carrots,salt and mix well.

Cook vegetables for 3-4 minutes, until carrots are soft.

Add the mashed idlis, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Turn off the heat and let mixture cool down completely.

Grease your hands with little oil,take a small portion of idli mix and shape into kebab.

Same way prepare all the kebabs.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour 1-2 tbsp of oil in a hot pan.

Place 5-6 kebabs in a pan,and cook until they turn crispy and brown.

While cooking rotate in between making sure all sides are roasted evenly.

Finally, serve hot idli kebab along with dip of your choice.
