Steps

Marinate prawns with ingredients mentioned under (for masala). Rest it for 30 minutes

Screwed the prawns in a screwer or tantoor stick. Fry it in a oil spreaded pan or tantoors.

Heat a pan add a spoon of oil splutter it with black pepper, cinnamon,cardamom bay leaf dry red chillies.

Add ginger garlic paste saute till the raw smell goes. To it add tomatoes cashewnuts and some water close the lid and cook.

Now the tomatoes are cooked well turn off the flame and allow to cool. Blended into a fine paste

To the same pan at some butter add fennel seeds fenugreek,asafoetida powder.

To it and crushed shallots onion and capsicum when it is half done add the blended paste seasoned it with chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder and salt saute well till the raw smell goes

Now add the prawns stock. Cook on low flame once the gravy start thickening add the tandoori prawns to it.

Enjoy it with rice,appam,rotis.
