Wash Ur fish, and put it inside a colander to drain d water, then place ur pot on fire, add water, scotch bonnet, garlic and seasoning, allow it to boil for 5 minutes, then u put ur already washed fish in d boiling water, add ur ginger and a little curry, then cover and allow to cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Do not turn, if not the fish will dissolve inside the soup... Ready to serve!
