Parboil the rice, drain in a sieve. Slice your tomatoes, pepper and onions, fry the onions and tomatoes in oil till dry, add water, crayfish, seasoning and salt allow to boil.

Put back the rice and cook till done. Serve and garnished with Avacado pear
