These yummy cutlets are made with left over rice and tastes crispy and yum when served with spicy onion chutney. An easy to make tasty dish that can be made in minutes and is healthy too.

Take the rice into a bowl and smash them. Now add the rice rava and besan flour to it. Also add in the green chilli paste and coriander to it.

Add in the finely chopped onions and mix everything like a dough with minimal water and salt as required. Flatten them into cutlets. Heat a pan add a spoon of oil and roast them until crisp on both sides.

Serve them hot with spicy onion chutney or any chutney of your choice.
