Ingredients

12 servings

2 packages(20 oz each) California Blend frozen vegetables(carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)
2 cupsshredded cheddar
1-1/2 cupsmayonnaise
1sweet onion chopped fine
1 sleeveRitz crackers crushed
1/4-1/2 cupmelted butter

35 mins

Cook vegetables according to package instructions, cool and drain.

Place cooked vegetables in an un-greased 9"x13" pan.

Mix mayonnaise, cheese and onions together and pour over vegetables.

Top with crushed crackers and melted butter.

Bake, uncovered for 35 minutes at 350F.
