Ingredients

  • Penne pasta
  • 2table spoons Extra thick double cream
  • 1 cupmilk
  • Green, red pepper, onions, mushrooms, all chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano, salt and pepper
  • Grated Cheddar cheese
  • Dried parsely

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pasta according to the instructions

  2. 2

    Stir fry the veggies and mushroom on a medium heat.

  3. 3

    Dissolve flour in a cup of milk then add it to the veggies

  4. 4

    Add the species and when the sauce becomes thick add the penne and stir will

  5. 5

    Add the grated cheddar and cover for 5 minutes then serve.
