Steps

First mash the potatoes then put the oil on pan and add zeera coriander,red chilli, haldi and cook for 40 seconds then add mash aloo and add fresh coriander, onion, green chilli and mix well

Then put the filling in the samosa sheet and close it. Heat the oil for 4 minutes on medium flame then put the samosa in the oil and fry it until golden brown.
