Ingredients

2whole mackerel (cut into pieces)
1 cupapple cider
1small ginger (cut into slices)
1/2 clovegarlic whole peeled
1whole yellow onion sliced
1 tspwhole black pepper
1 tspfish sauce
1-2whole green chill pepper (don't cut)

Line the bottom of pot with garlic, ginger, and onion

Put fish steaks into pot

Add whole black pepper
4

Add vinegar and fish sauce to taste

Turn on low heat once all ingredients are in pot
6

Slow cook for 30 to 45 minutes until done
