Ingredients

  1. 2whole mackerel (cut into pieces)
  2. 1 cupapple cider
  3. 1small ginger (cut into slices)
  4. 1/2 clovegarlic whole peeled
  5. 1whole yellow onion sliced
  6. 1 tspwhole black pepper
  7. 1 tspfish sauce
  8. 1-2whole green chill pepper (don't cut)

Steps

  1. 1

    Line the bottom of pot with garlic, ginger, and onion

  2. 2

    Put fish steaks into pot

  3. 3

    Add whole black pepper

  4. 4

    Add vinegar and fish sauce to taste

  5. 5

    Turn on low heat once all ingredients are in pot

  6. 6

    Slow cook for 30 to 45 minutes until done
