White rice with Spinach sauce

Wash and cook your Rice in a normal way

Cut the spinach and wash with little salt

Put the spinach in a pot steam it for five minutes and squeeze the water from it

Fry the tomato,pepper and onion and add your spices
- 5
Pour the spinach in the mix together and allow it to cook for five minutes
