Ingredients

  1. For dough
  2. 1 bowl(300gm)maida
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 1 tspsugar
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. For filling
  7. 150 gmpaneer roasted
  8. 1 bowlcabbage grated
  9. 1 cupcarrot sliced
  10. 1 cupcapsicum sliced
  11. 1/2 tsp ginger
  12. 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  13. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  14. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  15. 1 Tsp red chilli powder
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1 cuptomato sauce
  18. 1/4 cupgreen chilli sauce
  19. 1/6 cupsoya sauce
  20. As neededOil
  21. 2big size onion sliced

Cooking Instructions

    First,take a dough ingredient make a smooth dough by kneeding continuesely till become smooth.Keep aside

    Now, heat the kadhai add oil add onion saute few min now add ginger garlic paste salt saute few min now add all veggies saute few min black pepper powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1tsp black pepper powder now add 2tsp tomato sause 21/2 tsp green chilli sause 1tsp soya sause mix well saute 1 an min now turn of the gass.

    Now take a small dough make chapati with oil now fill with cooked subji 3 or 4 pie paneer few slissed onion around pour1tsp tomato sause on it cover it with butter paper serve it hot
