Ingredients

15 minutes
1 serving
  1. 1egg thin (I prepared this flat bread earlier with almond flour and egg batter)
  2. 1/2 cup grated beetroot
  3. 1/2 cup chopped kale (you can use spinach)
  4. 1 piece boiled chicken breast
  5. 1 Onion
  6. Few green chili
  7. 1 table spoon mayonnaise
  8. Salt and black pepper

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend the boiled chicken breast, mix with mayonnaise, salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Mix this with crushed beetroot and Kale separately

  3. 3

    Take the egg flat bread for making roll

  4. 4

    Add a layer of green, then beetroot, then chopped onion and green chilies

  5. 5

    Place onion, chili over it

  6. 6

    Fold two sides of the bread first

  7. 7

    Start rolling, the sticky chicken paste should be placed at one side to stick the roll tightly.

  8. 8

    Cut the roll and enjoy. No cooking required.
